Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise daily production processes.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing production activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of production reports, shift activities, and process parameters.
- Identify and resolve minor issues during production with guidance from senior team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
- Work closely with the maintenance and quality control teams.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.E. (Mechanical / Chemical Engineering)
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and safety protocols.
