Shift Operations: Run daily manufacturing processes according to production schedules and targets.
- Staff Management: Supervise machine operators and helpers, assign shift tasks, and track attendance.
- Quality & Safety: Maintain quality control standards, enforce safety rules, and ensure proper use of safety gear.
- Documentation: Fill out batch records, logbooks, and daily production reports accurately.
- Troubleshooting: Fix machine or process problems quickly to reduce downtime and material waste
Pay: ₹10,139.30 - ₹20,448.17 per month
