Business Development Manager - Architectural Lighting

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team and drive business development and sales in the architectural lighting segment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop recent business opportunities and achieve regional sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, lighting designers, interior designers, MEP consultants, developers, PMC firms, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive specification selling by engaging with consultants and designers during the project design and specification stage.
- Identify and develop new project opportunities through market research, networking, and industry relationships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, technical and commercial proposals, negotiations, order closure, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal design, technical,



and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor upcoming projects, market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure strong, long-term business relationships.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates on project pipelines and business development activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in business development, project sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in architectural lighting, electrical products, building materials, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong existing network among architects, lighting designers, consultants, interior designers, developers, PMC firms, and contractors.
