Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform using platform development best practices.-
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations with internal and third-party enterprise systems.
- Design and optimize Service Catalog offerings, workflows, record producers,



and self-service experiences using Employee Center, Service Portal, and UI Builder.
- Build and support Workspace experiences, Next Experience components, and mobile capabilities.
- Design and maintain data models, CMDB structures, and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) relationships where applicable.- Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to develop scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-friendly platform solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans using Agile methodologies.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex platform issues, optimize performance, and support testing and deployment activities.- Lead technical discussions, client workshops, and design sessions while providing guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
- Produce explicit technical documentation, development standards, and implementation artifacts
