Responsibilities:
- Prepare food as per the restaurant menu and recipes.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality and portion size.
- Ensure timely preparation of customer orders.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Manage ingredients and inform about stock requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and properly store ingredients.
- Coordinate with kitchen helpers and restaurant staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of cooking experience in a restaurant/hotel/café.
- Good knowledge of Indian food, snacks and basic quick food.
- Ability to handle kitchen operations independently.
- Punctual, hygienic and disciplined.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
