Job Title: CDP (Chef de Partie) - Continental
Location: FILL LE HEART, Kodungallur, Thrissur
Job Type: Full time
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Continental dishes
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Manage mise en place and kitchen section independently
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Support kitchen team during busy hours
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as CDP or similar role
- Hands-on experience in shawarma preparation is a plus
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant qualification (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
