ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to own and drive every project across the organization. This is a pivotal role: you will be the single point of accountability for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, with highest quality and on budget. You will work across departments, align stakeholders, remove blockers, and create a culture of disciplined execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning & Execution
- Own end-to-end project lifecycle — from scoping and planning through delivery and closure
- Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status dashboards
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; drive resolution

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management




- Act as the primary liaison between project teams, leadership, and external partners
- Run structured project meetings: kick-offs, status reviews, retrospectives
- Communicate project health clearly and consistently to all stakeholders
- Client communication on project status and handling any query or complaint
- Manage competing priorities across multiple simultaneous projects

Process & Governance
- Establish and enforce project management standards, templates, and best practices
- Implement and maintain a centralized project tracking system
- Track budgets, flag variances early, and ensure accountability across teams
- Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned

Team Enablement
- Partner with department heads to resource projects appropriately
- Coach team members on project disciplines and accountability practices
