OBJECTIVES / PURPOSE

We are seeking a solid Senior Analyst to join Takeda's GCC Commercial Insights & Analytics (I&A;) organization in India. This role carries significant individual analytical ownership, bridging execution-level work with emerging stakeholder-facing responsibilities.



The Senior Analyst is a critical analytical contributor who drives the quality and depth of insights delivered to US brand teams and begins to shape the analytical direction of assigned workstreams.
- Own and independently deliver a portfolio of mid-to-high complexity analytical workstreams that directly inform US brand strategy, performance management, and commercial execution across assigned brands and indications.
- Design and execute patient journey analyses, HCP segmentation models, performance deep-dives, and competitive assessments that provide actionable, evidence-based recommendations to US I&A; brand leads and commercial partners.
- Serve as an emerging analytical thought leader within the GCC team — contributing to methodology development, analytical best practices, and the informal mentoring of Analyst colleagues.
