Social Media Specialist — Content, Design & Campaign Management

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic and hands-on Social Media Specialist who can manage our complete social media presence across multiple platforms.

You should be comfortable managing both organic and paid/social campaigns, creating platform-specific content and adapting the same core message into formats suitable for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Quora and other relevant platforms.

This is not just a posting role. We are looking for someone who can think creatively, understand the audience, create compelling content, execute campaigns and measure results.

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Create monthly and weekly social media calendars.
- Identify relevant topics, trends and content opportunities.




- Develop platform-specific strategies rather than simply cross-posting identical content.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, engagement, traffic and leads.
- Research competitors and analyze their social media strategies.
- Track social media trends and emerging content formats.
- Develop campaigns around products, services, events, announcements and industry topics.

2. Content Creation

Create engaging content for multiple formats, including:
- Static social media posts.
- Carousels.
- Infographics.
- Short-form videos.
- Reels.
- YouTube Shorts.
- Stories.
- Polls.
- Educational content.
- Promotional content.
- Thought-leadership content.
- Industry updates.
- Case studies.
- Customer success stories.
- Testimonials.
- Memes where appropriate.
- Question-and-answer content.
- Community-focused content.
