About the Role
- The Employee Screening Specialist is the first point of contact for customers, providing
- answers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. You will handle customer
- approach while upholding the company’s values.

What You Will Do
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, and statuses.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Assist with basic order entry and log in issues.
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Understand an overview of the various functions within the department.
- Keep abreast of changes in the industry, internal policies, and procedures.
- Uphold company standards for customer service and maintain a positive brand image.
- Maintain FCRA Basic Certification.
What You Will Need
- Graduation or equivalent qualification
- 1 to 2 years in customer service, call center, or related field, with preference on
- international calling experience
