As Sourcing Legal Counsel, you will serve as key legal resource for I&ET;’s supply chain organization, and responding to a variety of legal requests from global supply chain, including procurement, purchase orders placing and execution, logistics, and related teams, environmental health & safety, and advising on legal risks identified in relation to such requests and proposing solutions to mitigate such risks.

As Legal Counsel - Sourcing, you will responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining a variety of complex, international commercial agreements, including strategic sourcing,



indirect sourcing, joint development, contract manufacturing, logistics, consulting, general services, and other operational and commercial agreements;
- Drafting and maintaining templates for a variety of supply chain agreements including detailed negotiation position documents;
- Developing processes and procedures for direct and indirect sourcing;
- Providing training to internal business partners/stakeholders on a variety of legal issues, including compliance;
- Working with cross-functional team members to identify and address compliance risks, corruption and anti-bribery matters, information security and data privacy, corporate social responsibility, trade compliance, and related regulatory matters;
- Building close cross-functional relationships and maintaining a solid knowledge of the products, services and objectives supply chain organization, and particularly the procurement team;
