What you’ll own:
Define & execute Timus’ retail growth strategy and P&L;
Lead expansion: company-owned stores, franchises, shop-in-shops
Drive new store launches, operations, team building, and profitability
Partner with founders to make retail a core growth engine
You bring:
3-5 years in organised retail, multi-store scaling experience
Solid grasp of store economics, rentals, inventory, operations
Background in lifestyle, luggage, fashion, accessories preferred
Strategic thinker + hands-on executor, comfortable with travel
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Education:
- Master's (preferred)
