Core Responsibilities
- Installation: Set up recent machines and test them to ensure they run correctly.
- Repair: Find the root cause of a breakdown and fix or replace broken parts.
- Maintenance: Perform regular checks to prevent unexpected machine failures.
- Customer Training: Teach users how to operate equipment safely and effectively.
- Reporting: Write clear service logs and report recurring issues to managers.

- Troubleshooting: The ability to find and solve technical problems quickly.
- Communication: Explaining complex technical issues in simple terms for clients.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to different job sites.
- Time Management: Handling emergency repair calls while keeping to a schedule.
