ROLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads & enquiries
- Identify and approach potential clients
- Develop relationships with builders, developers, corporates & individual clients
- Promote our Architecture, Interior Design & related services
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into projects
- Arrange client meetings and site visits
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the design team
- Maintain and regularly update the lead/client database
- Build long-term client & professional relationships
- Achieve monthly sales & business development targets

- Experience in sales / business development / real estate / architecture / interiors will be an advantage
