This is an end-to-end sales role focused on connecting professionals with the right upskilling opportunities.
- Connect daily with a minimum of 80 working professionals from leads/database on the LeadSquared CRM to build a pipeline of genuine prospects




- Identify each prospect's up-skilling needs based on their area of interest to drive better conversion
- Share detailed program information via phone/video counselling or in-person meetings to strengthen the sales pipeline
- Meet daily deliverables along with weekly and monthly enrolment targets
- Own the complete sales cycle — from cold-calling and initiating conversations to driving them to closure

Work Details
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Dress Code: Business formals (Mon-Fri), Smart casuals (Saturday)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
