About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Education Counselor / Admissions Counselor to join our team in NIBM, Pune.

The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with leads, understand their educational and career requirements, counsel them on suitable online courses, and convert interested prospects into admissions.

This is a target-oriented sales role with a solid focus on lead conversion and follow-ups.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Calling & Counseling
- Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls from leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other channels.
- Understand the student's educational background, career goals, interests, requirements, and budget.
- Provide accurate information about available online courses, including curriculum, duration, eligibility, fees, learning format, certifications, and career relevance.




- Counsel students and help them identify the course that best matches their goals.
- Explain the benefits, value proposition, and outcomes of the courses effectively.
- Handle questions and objections related to fees, course duration, credibility, online learning, career outcomes, and other concerns.

Admissions & Conversion
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments/admissions through effective counseling and follow-up.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students throughout the decision-making process.
- Create urgency and communicate relevant offers, deadlines, batches, and enrollment timelines appropriately.
- Negotiate and handle objections while maintaining a positive student experience.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Take ownership of leads from the initial enquiry through to successful enrollment.
