Senior Technical Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Guide team members to adopt a customer-centric approach and define metrics for data-driven development. Coordinate closely with global product owners and stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption.
- Program Management: Implement agile practices at scale (e.g., SAFe)



to define program increments, synchronization, and cadence for delivering best-in-class software. Act as an agile coach and mentor the team on best practices.
- People Development: Focus on the continuous development of team members through technical training, current software development practices, team building, and working in an international context. Anchor a positive team culture and provide continuous feedback and coaching.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to organizational standards and manage operational topics relevant to the organizational context.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Certifications: Relevant training and certification in areas of Cloud computing from Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud. Scrum Agile Practices, DevOps, Scaled Agile Frameworks.
- Methodologies: Good understanding of Agile and DevOps practices.
- International Experience: Work experience in an international contex
