Key Responsibilities
- Teach Computer Science and Information Technology to students.
- Prepare annual lesson plans, weekly lesson plans, and daily teaching materials.
- Deliver practical and theory classes using up-to-date teaching methods.
- Teach programming languages such as Python, Java, C/C++, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL (as per curriculum).
- Conduct computer lab sessions and ensure proper use of laboratory equipment.
- Prepare question papers, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
- Guide students in coding competitions, hackathons, and IT projects.
- Train and mentor junior computer teachers.
- Coordinate with school management regarding curriculum planning and academic improvements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of computer labs and software.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and technology-related activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.Tech (CSE/IT), M.Tech, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience.
