Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Test Automation: Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using our existing frameworks.
- Quality Assurance: Perform both manual and automated testing to identify, document, and help resolve software defects.
- CI/CD Pipeline Integration: Work with our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to help integrate and run automated tests.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements and contribute to delivering high-quality software.
- Documentation: Help create and maintain clear documentation for test plans and test cases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a software development or quality assurance role.
- Good programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- A foundational understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Exposure to CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Skills:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Basic experience with test automation tools.
- Knowledge of database fundamentals (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs).
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
