Key Responsibilities
- Branding

Develop and strengthen Anuprerna's brand identity across all platforms while ensuring consistent brand communication and storytelling.
- Marketing Strategy

Plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Fashion & Product Development

Work closely with the product and artisan teams to understand collections, fabrics, trends, and customer preferences, while contributing ideas for new product development and positioning.
- Content Creation
- Campaign Management

Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Creative Design

Develop mood boards, campaign creatives, product mock-ups, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator, and AI-powered design tools.
- Market Research

Monitor fashion and têxtile industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration

Coordinate with designers, photographers,



content creators, artisans, and external agencies to ensure effective execution of campaigns.
- Performance Analysis

Track campaign performance, analyse marketing metrics, and recommend improvements to maximise engagement and conversions.

Eligiability Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fashion Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Fashion, Textile, Brand Marketing, or Digital Marketing (preferred).
- Strong understanding of apparel, têxtiles, handloom fabrics, accessories, and product development.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator, and AI design tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills in English.
- Creative mindset with strong branding and storytelling abilities.
- Passion for sustainable fashion and artisan-led businesses.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
