Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Find recent clients through cold calling, networking, site visits, and industry events.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong ties with developers, contractors, and channel partners.
- Product Presentations: Show project features, explain material specifications, and run product demos.
- Bidding and Proposals: Prepare accurate construction bids, cost estimates, and client proposals on time.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment plans to secure sales.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Required Skills:
- Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to explain technical details.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic grasp of construction materials, building codes, and blueprints.
- Negotiation: Ability to handle pricing discussions and close tough deals.
- CRM Usage: Skill in tracking leads and updating client databases using software tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
