Role Description This is a full-time,



in office Operations Executive role based in New Delhi. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day logistics activities, including shipment coordination, tracking, and documentation to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve operational issues, maintain service quality, and support customs and compliance processes. The Operations Executive will monitor performance metrics, analyze operational data, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing reports, supporting escalations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications
- Relevant experience in logistics, courier, freight, or supply chain operations is highly preferred.
