Role Description This full-time on-site Sales Executive role is based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective learners for IT training programs, explain course offerings and benefits, and guide applicants through the enrollment process. Responsibilities include managing leads, making outbound calls, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools.



The role also involves coordinating with trainers and operations to ensure a smooth admission experience, participating in promotional activities, and providing timely feedback on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage prospective learners and build trust.
- Basic sales and customer relationship skills, including lead management, negotiation, and follow-up.
- Comfort with using computers and online tools for maintaining records, communication, and reporting.
- Ability to understand and clearly explain IT course offerings and their career benefits, even without a technical background.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer-facing roles, preferably in education or training services.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet enrollment targets.
