Apprentice

Responsibilities:
- Process high volumes of vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) using Oracle Financials within defined SLAs and quality parameters.
- Execute 2-way and 3-way invoice matching and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantity, and receipt.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs),



and internal controls for invoice approvals and payment processing.
- Investigate and resolve invoice holds, exceptions, and mismatches by coordinating with procurement teams, business units, and vendors.
- Handle vendor queries and escalations via shared mailboxes or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Ensure accuracy of tax components (GST/TDS) and adherence to statutory compliance requirements.
- Support monthly AP close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, automation projects, and SOP updates.
- Ensure audit readiness and provide required documentation to internal and external auditors
