Plan, supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities as per production schedules.
- Valuable knowledge of sheet metal processes such as cutting, bending, punching, drilling, welding, grinding and fabrication.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, specifications and BOMs.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase and PPC departments for smooth production flow.
- Supervise assembly operations and ensure products are assembled as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the powder coating team/vendor and ensure proper surface preparation, coating quality and finishing.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, materials and other resources.
- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and delays.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety and 5S standards on the shop floor.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:
- Diploma (preferred)

Experience:
- Manufacturing Production: 2 years (preferred)
