Smart Biz Owner runs back-end operations for e-commerce brands across global markets. We're building our in-house finance function in Indore and need a detail-obsessed Finance Manager cum Accountant to keep our books clean and cash crystal-explicit.
What you'll own
- Daily bookkeeping — all inflow (clients) and outflow (providers, purchases, expenses)
- Per-client ledgers: what's paid, via which channel, where it went, and why
- Reconciliation across client wallets, provider balances, bank, and platform data
- Monthly P&L; and cash-position reporting; coordinate with our external CA
- Flag mismatches, dues, and leakages before they grow
You're a fit if you have
- MBA / M.Com / B.Com (Finance)
- Hands-on Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho Books + advanced Excel
- Sharp reconciliation discipline and high integrity
- Detail-oriented, organized, and low-drama under deadlines
