Kass is hiring a Copywriter with proven D2C experience. This is not a traditional content writing role. We are looking for someone who understands premium consumer psychology and can craft data-driven, conversion-focused copy that influences buying decisions and delivers measurable business results.

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Experience: 2-3 Years (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
- Write performance marketing copies and scripts.
- Create content for Meta Ads, Google Ads, organic social media, websites, marketplaces, and WhatsApp.
- Develop compelling hooks, CTAs, UGC scripts, and product-focused creatives.
- Analyze content performance and optimize creatives based on campaign data.
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing and Creative teams.




- Create multiple copy variations for testing and scaling.

Required Skills:
- 2-3 years of D2C copywriting experience (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of premium customer psychology.
- Data-driven and conversion-focused copywriting.
- Research-oriented mindset.
- Robust understanding of Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPC, CPM, CTC, and content congruency.
- Ability to optimize content based on performance metrics.
- Excellent English writing and storytelling skills.
