Manage and update customer information in the CRM system. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and regular maintenance. Track leads and monitor the sales pipeline. Coordinate with sales and support teams for timely follow-ups. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports. Monitor customer interactions and ensure prompt responses. Identify and resolve data inconsistencies. Maintain customer records and documentation. Support process improvements to enhance customer experience. Ensure adherence to company policies and data confidentiality.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
