Sales Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time | In office

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new B2B leads and build strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, manufacturers, and businesses.
- Identify potential customers and conduct market research to explore new business opportunities.
- Handle client meetings, product presentations, pricing discussions, negotiations, and order closures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Monitor sales performance, daily activities, lead status, and team productivity.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Resolve customer concerns related to products, pricing, delivery, and service professionally.




- Support the team in achieving revenue targets and improving conversion rates.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements in the packaging industry.
- Ensure proper documentation of leads, quotations, purchase orders, client communication, and sales data.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Sales Supervision.
- Experience in packaging, manufacturing, printing, corrugated box, or a related industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage a sales team and work under targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and CRM/customer data management.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings when required.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
