Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and project schedule.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities in alignment with timelines and milestones.
- Prepare weekly and monthly work plans in coordination with the Reporting Manager.
- Coordinate with Purchase/Admin teams for timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Monitor material usage, storage, and documentation to minimize wastage and control costs.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, Contractors and labourers to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications to guide site execution.
- Conduct stage-wise inspections and ensure strict quality control at all phases.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, site cleanliness, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain project documentation including site registers, measurement books, progress reports, and attendance records.
- Identify project risks, delays, and issues, and take proactive corrective actions.




- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the management.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction/project execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills to handle multiple stakeholders.
- Commitment to timelines, discipline, and quality execution.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and documentation.
- Experience in residential/commercial construction projects is an advantage.
- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage.
