- Location: Assigned District/Territory (Requires extensive local travel)
- Key Responsibilities1. Network Expansion & Merchant AcquisitionRecruit, onboard, and manage a network of Distributors, Super Distributors, and Retailers (Grahak Seva Kendra / Merchant points) within the assigned territory.
- Pitch fintech services (AEPS, Micro ATM, DMT, BBPS bill payments, and insurance) to local shop owners and rural entrepreneurs.
- Identify unserved or underserved areas to strategically place recent merchant touchpoints.
- 2. Team Leadership & Field SupportManage and drive a team of Sales Executives (FSEs) / Territory Managers.
- Accompany the field team on market visits to close high-value accounts and resolve local distribution blocks.
- 3. Volume Growth & Transaction VelocityOwn the regional target for GTV (Gross Transaction Value) across AEPS and Micro ATM products.




- Reactivate non-performing or "dormant" retail agents by understanding their issues (e.g., cash liquidity problems, technical glitches) and offering solutions.
- Implement local marketing and branding activities (putting up banners, posters at shops) to increase walk-in customers for merchants.
- 4. Liquidity & Cash Management LiaisonHelp retailers manage their daily cash requirements for payouts.
- Coordinate with local bank branches or cash drop agencies to ensure merchants have enough rolling cash to execute uninterrupted cash withdrawal services.
- 5. Compliance & Escalation HandlingMonitor transaction success/failure rates and liaise with the operations team to resolve failed or stuck transactions.
- Ensure all merchant onboardings strictly follow regulatory KYC (Know Your Customer) and NPCI/UIDAI guidelines to prevent digital fraud.
