Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with trainers and the operations team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the counseling process.
- Address student queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and educational events when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
