Job Purpose:
Responsible for overall store management, inventory control, material movement, documentation, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth store operations as per company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise overall store operations and ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
- Ensure all material issues are made only against a valid MR Slip and Job Card.
- Monitor material issue entries, job-card completion, and collection of old/scrap parts.
- Manage segregation, storage, and disposal of scrap, warranty/guarantee, in-house, and outsourced repair materials.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Purchase, HO, and vendors for repair materials, POs, pending items, and requirements.
- Send VOR/material requirements, TOB, monthly requirements, reports, invoices, and coupons to HO as per defined schedules.
- Ensure outsourced repair materials are sent with proper gate passes and follow up until completion.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor for in-house repairs and regularly track repair status.
- Monitor lubricant levels,



rapid-moving/critical materials, shortages, and stock availability.
- Verify invoices are correctly closed in the software and ensure petty-cash purchases are recorded with proper job cards.
- Ensure all parts have proper part numbers and materials are correctly identified and stored.
- Conduct monthly stock verification with the team and submit reports by the 5th of every month.
- Ensure scrap is disposed of quarterly and store records are maintained accurately.
- Review Store Keeper reports and submit required documents to HO, including weekly invoice/coupon submissions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient store with accurate inventory records.
- Knowledge of 5S process, Bus Spare parts, stock check, Mail Correspondence, MS-Excel Knowledge.
