Position: Social Media Executive

Experience: Atleast 1-2 years (_mandatory_)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies
- Manage and grow brand presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content
- Handle community engagement and response management
- Track performance using social media analytics tools
- Conduct trend analysis and competitor research
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align campaigns
- Create engaging copy and captions with strong content writing skills
- Demonstrate creativity in developing fresh ideas for posts and campaigns

Skills Required:
- Proficiency in social media tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, ChatGPT, etc.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (preferred)
- Robust communication and organizational abilities
- A keen eye for trends and content innovation
