Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce visual content that supports our digital marketing, social media, and brand communication efforts across web, print, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, GBP posts), blog banners, and website graphics

Create marketing collateral: brochures, flyers, posters, and course promotional materials

Collaborate with the SEO/content team to produce visuals that align with blog and campaign content

Maintain brand consistency across all SMEC IM and SMEC Group touchpoints





Edit and prepare images for web use (compression, sizing, alt-text friendly formats)

Support event branding (banners, standees, certificates) for admissions drives and seminars

Occasionally assist with basic video editing/reels for social media

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

1-3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house marketing team preferred)

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva; Adobe InDesign and After Effects a plus

Solid sense of layout, typography, and color theory

Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas

Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing formats/specs

Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines

Nice to Have

Experience designing for the education/training sector

Familiarity with WordPress/Elementor for uploading web-
