Job Purpose

To manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, financial reporting, project accounting, payroll support, export documentation, audits, and management reporting while ensuring accurate financial records, regulatory compliance, and timely decision support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Record sales invoices, billing, bank transactions, receipts, and payments.

Maintain Capital Accounts.

Verify, reconcile, and manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Maintain debtor and creditor records and perform regular reconciliations.

2. Project Accounting & Compliance

Maintain project-wise expenses and financial records.

Manage statutory compliance records, GST adjustments, and tax-related documentation.

Assist with Income Tax return documentation and monitor changes in statutory regulations.

Recommend and implement process improvements.

3. Export, Audit & Professional Coordination

Manage export-related accounting,



payments, and documentation.

Coordinate with CA, CS, auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.

Prepare information for audits and statutory filings.

Maintain company registrations, certificates, and statutory records.

4. Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare MIS, financial summaries, cash flow reports, budgets, forecasts, and management presentations.

Analyse financial data and support management in financial planning and decision-making.

5. Payroll & Documentation

Assist in salary processing and payroll reporting.

Prepare data for SN & CO and other reporting requirements.

Maintain organized digital and physical accounting records with proper backups.

6. Compliance & Management Reporting

Prepare and report, as applicable:
GST, TDS, TCS

PF, ESIC & Skilled Tax

ROC & MCA compliances

Income Tax compliances

Government notices and pending/overdue statutory filings
