A. Project Planning & Execution
- Review and interpret project datasheets, technical specifications, and client requirements.
- Prepare and review Mechanical GADs, P&IDs;, and layout drawings.
- Develop project schedules and monitor execution as per defined timelines.
- Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
B. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, instrumentation, piping, production).
- Act as a point of contact between client, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings to track project progress and resolve issues.
C. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Support procurement activities including technical evaluation of vendors.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance of supplied items with project specifications.
D.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with applicable standards and specifications.
- Monitor quality during manufacturing, assembly, and testing stages.
- Participate in inspections, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and documentation.
E. Risk & Cost Management
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project costs and support cost control initiatives.
F. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress using IT tools and systems.
- Provide regular status reports to management and clients.
