* Installation, commissioning, and servicing of display, AV, networking, and IT solutions
- Handling customer complaints and providing timely technical support
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and connectivity-related issues
- Conducting product demonstrations and basic user training
- Preparing service reports and updating job status
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction* Minimum 2 years of relevant service/support experience preferred
- Good communication skills in English are mandatory
- Solid presentation and customer-handling skills
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- Knowledge of display solutions, audio-video solutions, networking, hardware, and software is required
- Experience with interactive panels, LED walls, AV equipment, IT hardware, or related products will be an advantage
- Willingness to travel for customer-site visits, installations, and service support

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
