Job Summary:As a Product Documentation Analyst, you will play a key role in keeping product documentation accurate, organised, and up-to-date across all MoreTasks brands and verticals. Working closely with the Product Manager, you will document product requirements, maintain structured documentation, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that product decisions, scoping, and follow-ups are clearly captured. Your work will help the product, design, and development teams stay aligned and deliver efficiently.

Key responsibilities:
- Organise and Own Product Documentation _
- Maintain a single, well-structured home for all product documentation across MoreTasks brands and verticals, so any team member can find what they need without asking.
- Keep PRDs, feature specs, user flows, and meeting notes clean, versioned, and up to date as products evolve.
- Set up and enforce a consistent structure, naming,



and tagging system in Outline and Google Docs so documentation stays organised as it grows.
- Turn rough notes, calls, and discussions into transparent written records the team can rely on.
- Flag documentation that is outdated, missing, or contradictory before it causes confusion downstream. Support the Product Manager
- Work directly with the Product Manager on day-to-day scoping, research, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with Design, Tech, QA, and Content to chase pending inputs and keep work moving.
- Track open items, decisions, and action points so nothing gets lost between meetings.
- Take ownership of the small, unglamorous tasks that keep the product function running smoothly.

- Comfortable using Google Docs and Google Sheets, and quick to learn tools like Jira and Outline.
