Are you passionate about e-commerce and marketplace growth? We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Team Leader - Flipkart Marketplace to lead a high-performing team managing seller accounts, driving sales growth, and optimizing marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Account Managers and Executives handling Flipkart seller accounts
Oversee product listing, catalog management, pricing strategies, and order processing
Monitor and optimize Flipkart Advertising campaigns to maximize ROI
Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and marketplace performance
Review seller account health and ensure compliance with Flipkart policies and guidelines
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Analyze marketplace performance data and prepare business reports
Conduct training, coaching, and mentoring sessions for team members
Drive process improvements and ensure achievement of KPIs and business goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
3-6 years of hands-on experience in Flipkart Marketplace Operations
Strong understanding of Flipkart Seller Hub
Experience managing and optimizing Flipkart Ads
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with Helium 10, DataDive, SellerApp, or Jungle Scout
Knowledge of Flipkart SEO and content optimization techniques
Exposure to Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, or other marketplace platforms
Ability to identify growth opportunities and scale seller performance
