Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain systems to enable automated and effective processing of data using.NET, Oracle, and other technologies.
- Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and data access layers.
- Write efficient, well-structured SQL using Oracle.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Adhere to best practices and object-oriented principles.
- Perform requirements gathering, business and systems analysis, and project planning.
- Collaborate with the team to research and design creative solutions to accommodate business needs.
- Test, validate, and deploy high-quality, reliable software products following established quality assurance and release practices.





Qualifications:
MUST HAVE:
- 10+ years of working with relational databases including stored procedures (Oracle PL/SQL preferred)
- Self-directed and able to work autonomously with mínimal oversight, while collaborating effectively when needed, and having the experience to recognize when each is called for.
- Strong database skills - comfortable writing and optimizing queries, designing schemas, and troubleshooting database related problems.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot (Claude Code experience strongly preferred).
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Understanding of common software project management practices.
- Understanding of common software development practices.

PREFERRED / PLUSES:
- Microsoft Blazor experience.
- Claude Code experience (preferred over other AI
