_Digital Marketer Cum Team Leader_
- Plan & Manage paid advertising campaigns(google ads,Meta ads, linked in etc).
- Optimize website performance through SEO & SEM.
- Monitor website traffic & Campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Good skills in Video editing & Poster Creation.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Lead and supervise the marketing team(GCC), assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing goals and KPIs.
- Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent brand presence.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.




- Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and recommend innovative marketing approaches.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and skills.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
- Manage the company’s online reputation by monitoring reviews, comments, and customer feedback.
- Positive Communication Skills & Leadership quality.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
