We are looking for an Inspection Coordinator to manage and coordinate inspection activities for our foundry and fabrication operations. The role involves planning inspections, coordinating with customers, third-party inspectors, and internal departments, and ensuring timely inspection clearance for smooth dispatch of finished products.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inspection schedules with customers and third-party inspection agencies
- Ensure inspection readiness by coordinating with Production, QA/QC, Design, and Stores
- Prepare and maintain inspection-related documents, QAP, test certificates, and inspection reports
- Track inspection observations and ensure timely closure
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure products are released only after inspection clearance
- Maintain proper inspection records and support customer audits when required

Required Skills:




- Experience in inspection coordination or quality documentation
- Knowledge of QAP, inspection reports, and quality documentation
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills
- Ability to interact with customers and inspection agencies
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge will be an advantage

Eligibility
- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or related discipline
- 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing, foundry, fabrication, heavy engineering, or railway industry

Preferred Joining

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
