We’re looking for an enthusiastic and disciplined Junior Chef to join our production and product-development team.The role is ideal for a young chef who wants to build strong practical experience in baking, food quality and recent-product development.

The person will work closely with the Head Chef and Production team and will be trained to follow standardised recipes, processes, food-safety systems and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities....
- Assist in daily preparation and production of Clean & Crafted breads.
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients according to approved recipes and batch sheets.
- Follow defined mixing sequence, mixing time, dough temperature, proofing time and baking parameters.
- Assist in dough preparation, moulding, proofing, baking, cooling, slicing and packing processes.
- Ensure consistency in loaf weight, shape, texture, colour and overall product quality.
- Follow production schedules and ensure batches are completed on time.




- Maintain proper batch and production records.
- Maintain the equipment
- Follow and check the process for QC as required.
