Job Title: School Principal (Matric / CBSE)

Location: Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Job Summary:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as Principal / Senior Academic Administrator in Matric or CBSE schools
- Strong knowledge of Matric / CBSE curriculum, academic planning, and school operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to guide teachers, improve academic standards, and maintain discipline
- Experience in handling parents, staff management, inspections, and school development activities

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete academic and administrative operations of the school




- Ensure quality teaching-learning practices and excellent academic results
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff
- Plan curriculum, examinations, activities, and school events
- Implement cutting-edge educational practices and student development programs
- Maintain effective communication with parents and management
- Ensure discipline, safety, and smooth functioning of the campus

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
Salary Package: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month
