Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations, proposals, and product specifications.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and service teams to ensure technically accurate solutions.
- Conduct technical discussions and presentations with customers.
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Develop relationships with OEMs, processors, consultants, and dealers.
- Visit customers for technical meetings, product demonstrations, and business development activities.
- Maintain customer records,



sales pipeline, and follow-up schedules in CRM or ERP systems.
- Support international and domestic sales activities.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, seminars, and customer events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the plastics and extrusion industry.
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and coordinate after-sales support when required.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in plastic processing machinery, extrusion equipment, industrial machinery, or capital equipment.
