Dispatch Executive

Location: Pithampur (Manufacturing Unit)

We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our team at our manufacturing unit in Pithampur. If you have a passion for logistics, coordination, and inventory management, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient handling of stock and inventory management:
- Preparation of dispatch documentation, invoices, and E-way bills
- Conducting monthly inventory checks, audits, and stock verification:
- Planning and executing effective dispatch strategies:
- Coordinating with customers and vendors for smooth dispatch operations
- Collaborating closely with the production department for timely dispatch
- Managing overall dispatch planning and execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dispatch/Logistics role
- Strong knowledge of dispatch planning and coordination:
- Hands-on experience with SAP & MS Excel:
- Good communication and organizational skills:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
- SAP: 1 year (preferred)
