Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the operations team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on workload and priorities.
- Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct team meetings and daily/weekly performance reviews.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members.
- Manage attendance, leave, shift schedules, and workforce allocation.

Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure all processes are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround time (TAT), and other operational KPIs.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation, record keeping, and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and process guidelines.

Performance & Reporting




- Track and analyze operational performance against targets.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS/performance reports.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Escalate critical operational issues to the Operations Manager/Department Head.
- Maintain accurate operational data and ensure timely submission of reports..

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in operations or a related function.
- Prior experience in team handling or supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, SOPs, and KPI management.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting/MIS tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
