KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

❖ Prepare and hang wire and sheet-metal parts on the powder coating line.

❖ Assist in loading and unloading parts from the automatic coating line.

❖ Ensure parts are properly positioned for uniform powder coating.

❖ Check coated parts for coating quality, thickness, coverage and surface finish.

❖ Identify coating defects such as uneven coating, scratches, missed areas and surface imperfections.

❖ Handle and pack powder-coated products carefully to prevent damage or scratches.

❖ Maintain cleanliness of the coating area, hooks, racks and equipment.

❖ Support operators in routine powder coating line activities.

❖ Follow production, quality and safety standards at all times.

❖ Maintain proper handling and movement of materials throughout the coating process

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
