About the Role

We are a USA-based recruitment company providing premium recruitment and career services to job seekers across the USA, Canada, and the UK. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our recruitment sales team, manage operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR, Recruitment Sales, and Operations teams.
- Monitor daily sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop strategies to increase sales of recruitment packages.
- Handle team hiring, training, motivation, and performance management.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure smooth operational workflow and process compliance.
- Coordinate with management to improve sales strategies and business growth.
- Resolve team escalations and maintain high productivity.




- Maintain quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, HR operations, or recruitment sales is mandatory.:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in revenue generation, sales target management, and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and reporting tools.

Preferred Experience
- Experience handling USA, Canada, or UK recruitment processes.:
- Experience managing outbound sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
